Description
Performs a wide variety of activities related to the receipt, inspection, processing, storage and distribution of automotive radio/navigation in accordance with Mobis Parts America policies and procedures. Performs other related work as required.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Process Dealer parts orders (35%) Receive incoming shipments (30%) Perform Visual Inspection of repaired units (15%) Process Dealer return parts (10%) Perform inventory counts and stock rearrangements (5%) Miscellaneous task (5%) KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Accurately receive, inspect, process, store and ship automotive radio/navigation meeting company standards of safety, security and efficiency. Meet or exceed all minimum PDC productivity and quality objectives while displaying professional conduct at all times. Relocate merchandise to staging and /or storage areas as directedInspect freight for accuracy and/or damage Relocate merchandise to appropriate storage area Perform Visual Inspection per MRC guideline Prepare customer orders for shipment Transport orders to shipping docks or other areas as directed Report any count or other out of line conditions to the Supervisor or designee Maintain neat, clean, orderly, safe and secure work and storage areas Perform general housekeeping in assigned areas Performs Special Project Work as required at the direction of Management WORK SCHEDULE/TRAVEL
8:00 am - 5:00 pm No travel is required for this role. MAJOR CHALLENGES AND KEY DECISIONS
Warehouse operational methods and procedures pertaining to receiving, processing, storing and distribution of a variety of merchandise. Proper physical lifting techniques and use of warehouse equipment Ability to communicate and use basic math skills Standard office machines and equipment, including computer terminals Work with minimum supervisionParticipate in the receipt, storage and distribution operations of the warehouse facility Perform moderately heavy manual tasks Effectively and efficiently operate a computer terminal Understand and carry out oral and written directions Apply policies and procedures related to the assigned duties and responsibilities of the position Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships Must work a reasonable amount of overtime as required (including all mandatory overtime) Ability to work 5 days a week with minimal absenteeism Work in a fast paced Warehouse environment Sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time Limited judgment procedures exist for all function and processes

High School Diploma Preferred EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
0-2 years of warehouse/distribution experience involving receipt, storage and distribution is required.
