Responsibilities
Review and triage incoming items including IRB submissions and COI disclosures Conduct pre-reviews of IRB submissions to assess federal agency oversight and identify regulatory issues Perform certain non-committee IRB reviews such as exempt determinations Support the COI disclosure process and manage non-compliance issues Draft COI management plans as required by institutional policy
Qualifications
U.S. work authorization required Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 2 years of combined IRB and COI experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat Knowledge of federal regulations governing the ethical conduct of research and conflict of interest
Preferred Qualifications
Certification as an IRB Professional (CIP) Prior experience using the Huron HRPP Toolkit Familiarity with HRS IRB and/or COI software
