BCG Attorney Search
A law firm seeks a transactional associate to join its Real Estate Department in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. This role involves working closely with mid-level and senior attorneys to deliver exceptional services to clients engaged in various real estate transactions.
Duties
Assist in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions. Draft and review purchase and sale agreements, title, and survey documents. Support transactions involving financing arrangements. Collaborate with attorneys to provide comprehensive legal services. Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. Proficiency in purchase and sale agreements, title, and survey work. Experience with financing transactions. Admission to practice law in Florida. Experience with condominium development projects preferred. Education
Strong academic background required. Certifications
Admitted to the Florida Bar. Skills
