Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project management of SAP implementation, upgrade, or migration initiatives with a focus on SAP GTS to S/4HANA (E4H).
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets.
• Manage project scope, risks, and issues effectively to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate closely with SAP functional and technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business requirements and enterprise architecture.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide executive-level reporting.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive consensus on project priorities.
• Ensure compliance with internal project governance and PMO standards.
• Support change management, training, and transition-to-support activities during go-live.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or a related field (master's preferred). • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile equivalent). • Minimum 10 years of project management experience with at least 8 years managing SAP projects. • Strong experience in SAP GTS modules, and preferably direct experience with GTS to S/4HANA (E4H) migrations. • Solid understanding of SAP architecture, integration points, and data migration strategies. • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-functional, global project teams. • Familiarity with regulatory, trade compliance, and customs-related processes (a plus). • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project environments. • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and leadership skills. • Prior involvement in S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield implementations. • Hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology. • Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, SAP Solution Manager, MS Project, or Smartsheet. • Experience with multi-country rollouts or global SAP programs.
