About Our Client A renowned and growing manufacturer. Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process and support talent acquisition efforts Update and maintain HRIS system records including new hires, terminations, and status changes Administer employee benefits programs including enrollment, reconciliation, and open enrollment support Coordinate and deliver employee onboarding to ensure a smooth new hire experience Serve as first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, leaves, benefits, and compensation questions Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Organize and support annual performance review processes Collect, analyze, and report on key HR metrics such as turnover rates and time-to-hire Promote positive workplace culture through HR programs, conflict resolution, and team-building activities Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience Minimum 3 years of professional HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems (experience with UKG, ADP, or similar platforms a plus) Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel What's on Offer
Base salary up to $80,000 1 day of remote flexibility per week Great benefits
