Were working with a client that has built one of the strongest reputations globally in the data, analytics, and technology space. Their U.S. business continues to expand, with New York serving as a key hub. Theyre hiring experienced Full Desk Recruiters to focus on both permanent and contract placements across high-growth areas such as AI, machine learning, and cybersecurity. This is a place where recruiters can grow quickly. The firm invests heavily in training and offers clear paths for career progression. Key Responsibilities Run a full desk: Bringing new accounts, managing client relationships, sourcing, screening and placing candidates.
What They're Looking For
2-5 years of full desk recruiting experience within IT (agency background required). Demonstrated success in business development and account management. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. NYC-based, with flexibility to work 4 days in-office.
