What They're Looking For 4-5+ years of full-desk (360) agency experience Experience in Accounting & Finance / Insurance recruitment (Temp and Perm) Strong BD and client management track record Proven billings, with ability to grow and sustain a desk Desire to stay and build long-term, not just a short-term project move
