Overview
Dahl Consulting is partnering with a leader in the health insurance industry to hire a Talent Coordinator for a contract position. Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $34.00/hr. This role involves coordinating candidate experiences, scheduling and onboarding activities, and supporting the hiring process. What youll do as the Talent Coordinator Provide a seamless and white glove experience for all candidates, new hires, and internal teams Partner with key team members to ensure proper coordination and scheduling of meetings and interviews Serve as the connection between the talent and onboarding teams, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved Coordinate all pre-employment activities for candidates: initiate and monitor pre-employment background checks and drug screening processes, process new hires in ATS (Workday), and partner with HR operations to ensure all new hire paperwork is completed Keep team documents and resources organized and up to date Prepare and maintain hiring manager and applicant-related correspondence Other duties as assigned
What youll bring to the Talent Coordinator role
High school diploma (or equivalency) Legal authorization to work in the U.S. 5+ years of related experience. All relevant experience, including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience, will be considered High sense of business acumen in writing and in person/over the phone Exceptional organizational skills Excellent computer literacy skills, including intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
