We are seeking our first dedicated Manager, Organizational Change Management (OCM) to formalize and scale how we deliver people-focused change across client projects. This individual contributor role will work closely with Project Managers, Trainers, and client stakeholders to integrate structured OCM practices into every stage of deliveryfrom discovery through training and adoption. With a mix of methodology development (30%) and direct client/project team engagement (70%), this role will initially help define standards, create documentation, and ensure our customers maximize adoption of new systems and processes. This is an exciting opportunity to build our OCM function while delivering immediate impact on billable client projects. Travel is required for this position 25-40%, within both Canada and the U.S. This is a hybrid role with the expectation that the person can be in our new ATL office three days a week. Your Impact:

Deliver OCM services aligned with our pre-built package models and client SOWs Partner with Project Managers to integrate OCM activities into project plans, ensuring alignment across portfolios Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations Design and implement change management deliverables, including: Coaching Plans and Resistance Management Plans Update and refine Communications and Activities Plans, OCM Strategy Presentations and SpryPoint OCM Plans Cross-functionally support project team meetings, engaging with PMs and Trainers to support adoption and client success Develop and maintain standardized methodologies, tools, and SOPs for OCM delivery (we use Confluence for our knowledge management) Ensure program documentation is complete and accessible for delivery teams Track and report OCM success metrics, linking results to revenue, adoption, and upsell opportunities Represent OCM during discovery and training phases to ensure stakeholder engagement Contribute to thought leadership and best practices for OCM across the company Learn our software and implementation approach at a high level and develop general utilities domain expertise (e.g., standard roles and responsibilities within a utility). Essential Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Prosci Change Management Certification (or equivalent recognized methodology) 5+ years of OCM, consulting, or related experience in software, utilities, or technology-driven environments. Your Background Includes:

Proven ability to design and deliver structured change management plans (communications, training, sponsorship, resistance management) Strong consulting skillscomfortable influencing, pushing back respectfully, and navigating ambiguity Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to simplify technical concepts into clear messages Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (PMs, trainers, technical staff) Strong documentation and process discipline Ability to balance billable utilization targets while contributing to methodology development Experience working in professional services or SaaS delivery environments Familiarity with utility sector operations and software implementation is nice to have, but not required for this position Comfort engaging in technical conversations to connect process changes with systems adoption Proximia tool experience (or willingness to become certified).
