You will support onboarding, HRIS data integrity, benefits coordination, and policy/compliance while driving recruiting for selected corporate/supply?chain roles and leading early?careers programs. The role provides a clear runway to HR Business Partner responsibilities through progressive exposure to ER and client?group support**JOB DESCRIPTION:****Key Responsibilities****Talent Acquisition (40%)*** Own full?cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing (LinkedIn/Boolean), screening, structured interviews, offer creation/close, and ATS data integrity.* Build passive pipelines and talent communities; track sourcing yield to improve funnel health.* Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.**Early Careers / University Programs (2025%)*** Plan/execute campus calendar (target schools, events, interview days).* Manage intern/co?op lifecycle and conversion metrics; partner with Marketing on early?career brand.**HR Generalist / People Operations (2530%)*** Coordinate onboarding/orientation; ensure HRIS data quality and compliant document handling.* Support benefits and compensation processes; produce routine people metrics (headcount, turnover).**Employee Relations & Leaves (1015%)*** Serve as ER intake/triage; support investigations, corrective action, and manager coaching under HR leadership.* Assist with **FMLA/ADA** administration and ensure seamless employee experience.**HRBP Path / Projects (as assigned)*** Shadow client?group routines and assist with performance cycles, change management, and workforce planning.**QUALIFICATIONS:****Minimum Qualifications*** 35 years combined experience across **corporate recruiting** and **HR generalist** work; campus recruiting exposure preferred.* Transportation/supply?chain or multi?site environment experience strongly preferred.* Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn/Boolean); strong stakeholder communication skills.* Highly organized* Capable of working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment with a focus on delivering projected results* Extremely organized and communicative* Ability to speak confidently about the company's business model and vision* High degree of initiative and independent execution* Capable of thriving as a team player but is also driven by autonomy**Preferred Qualifications*** Bachelors in HR/Business or related field; **SHRM?CP/PHR** a plus* Experience with large HRIS (e.g., **Workday**) and HR reporting.* Previous recruiting experience in transportation or supply chain industry**SKILLS AND ABILITIES:*** Full cycle recruiting* Sourcing* Vetting* Early?careers programs* People Ops/HRIS* Candidate profiling* Candidate matching* Ethics & confidentiality* Employee relations basics* Brand ambassadorship & negotiation* Strong communication* Attention to detail* Self-drive and discipline* Highly organized* Stakeholder partnership & communication* Networking**Work Experience:*** 35 years combined experience across **corporate recruiting** and **HR generalist** work; campus recruiting exposure preferred.**Workshift:****Education:****In compliance with Federal and State equal employment opportunity laws, qualified candidates are considered for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, marital status, veteran status, non-job-related disability, or any other protected group status.**# **WHY STEVENS TRANSPORT:**Family is a top priority at Stevens and those values are integrated into everything we do, every day.
