AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business-minded, and visionary Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven businesspeople interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring business or industry-relevant experience and need a level of capital to ensure your agency delivers the service AAA—and our members—expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members. You’ll sell property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships along with other products, to a well-defined and loyal client base. Products include autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles; you’ll offer programs for autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles, and have access to brokered products from multiple carriers to meet diverse needs (varies by state). AAA Life Insurance Company products include Term, Universal Life, Whole Life and Annuities (AAA Life has an A- rating by A.M. Best).

EA onboarding includes a detailed deployment plan to ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards. Benefit from a blend of in-person and virtual training covering core business skills, sales, customer service, products and systems. Access a network of experienced EAs and business experts; receive assistance in recruiting licensed staff, managing financials and cash flows, and refining a business plan. Agency Ownership & Operations
Own and grow a multi-line insurance agency serving new and prospective AAA Members. Sell property and casualty lines (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles, Commercial Lines) and brokered products where applicable. Sell life products (Term, Universal Life, Whole Life) and annuities. Develop a sustainable, profitable business year over year with support from AAA resources and a well-defined member base. Qualifications & Focus
Self-motivated, results-driven individuals with business or industry-relevant experience. Capital availability to fund agency operations and initial growth. Ability to build relationships with members and lead a licensed staff when applicable. Job Function & Industries
