This role focuses on supporting clinical teams in the western region while helping shape enterprise-wide HR programs. Job Description

The HR Business Partner will act as the primary HR resource for the western region, providing guidance on employee engagement, leadership development, and HR program implementation. This position also oversees enterprise initiatives including compensation, performance management, and rewards programs while mentoring the HR team. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main HR partner for the western region, working with leaders to enhance team performance, engagement, and retention. Oversee company-wide programs in compensation, rewards, recognition, and performance management. Identify leadership skill gaps and coordinate training and development initiatives. Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend solutions to maintain a positive work environment. Mentor and support HR team members and assist with enterprise-wide HR projects. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in clinical or healthcare support settings. Experience with HRIS systems (Paycom preferred). Broad knowledge of HR functions including compensation, performance management, and employee relations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Additional Details
