VIGIL Volunteer: Providing Comfort When it's needed most!

Vigil Volunteers are a highly valued and vital part of the Sanctuary Hospice team. Helping our patients and family's during the last days and hours with emotional presence and support, so no one has to die alone. Sharing your compassion, gifts and talents to impact someone at the end of life’s journey can be the most rewarding experience. We will make sure you are well-trained, equipped, and supported by our hospice staff. Caring for patients in Cuyahoga, Lake, Ashtabula, Geauga, Medina, Trumbull, Mahoning, Columbiana and Stark & Summit Counties. Required to complete volunteer application, background check, TB, Drug Screening and training-provided FREE of charge.
