Source top talent
using job boards, social media, and networking tools Screen candidates
through phone interviews and assess fit for various roles Build relationships
with candidates and guide them through the hiring process Support hiring needs
for a diverse range of clients and industries Collaborate with senior recruiters
and account managers on job orders Track your progress
using our applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM tools Learn and grow
through daily coaching, peer shadowing, and on-the-job training What You Bring
A recent Bachelor's degree in any field (we value all majors!) Strong communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal Eagerness to learn and jump into a new, fast-paced environment A competitive spirit and motivation to hit goals Comfort with multitasking, time management, and adaptability Interest in HR, recruiting, business, or people operations 1+ years of recruiting experience preferred but not required WorkPath Partners Offers
Hybrid Working schedule primarily remote with monthly in person trainings/meetings Base salary of $40,000 - $42,000 per year plus uncapped commission Generous PTO policy and paid holidays Seniority level
