Overview
Benefits Administrator - SINGLE role at UKG ApplyConnect Test WorldWide. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of benefits administration, including billing and monthly invoice reconciliation for benefits (health, dental, long-term disability, life insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts and Retirement Program). Manage both short- and long-term disability, FMLA and Small Necessities Leave Act processes. Manage COBRA processes, including payment processing. Serve as backup for payroll preparation and processing. Assist the Director of Human Resources with vendor negotiations and researching new benefit offerings.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. BA/BS, or equivalent work experience required. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a busy work environment. Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills. Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel). Ability to maintain strictest confidentiality.
