Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely processing of commission payments and statements for our Global Sales Team. Facilitate alignment between cross-functional teams and manage inputs for commission calculations. Establish consistent practices and documentation for commissions processes. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and assist in resolving defects. Calculate and manage sales commissions for specialized programs. Work closely with the Global Sales Team to resolve disputes promptly, employing an empathetic and customer-focused approach. Ensure compliance with SOX by collaborating with business partners and Internal Audit during control execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Commissions, FP&A, Consulting, or Sales Operations. Experience in a fast-growing tech company is a plus. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence business partners. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality results. Data-driven approach, utilizing analytics and data to inform decision-making. Strong understanding of the commission process flow, including transaction crediting, incentive calculations, and payment preparation. Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, and familiar with analytical tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data or business challenges into actionable insights. Seek efficiency and automation to enhance processes and deliver accurate results. Versatile with the ability to multitask in a dynamic, high-growth environment while maintaining attention to detail.
