The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of facility and production equipment with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. This role supports smooth plant operations by ensuring machines, systems, and facilities are running at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs on production and facility equipment Diagnose and correct electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Use blueprints, schematics, and PLC software to troubleshoot and repair equipment Collaborate with engineering, production, and vendors on technical issues Maintain required regulatory documentation and calibration records Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement Hiring for 2nd and 3rd Shift.
Requirements
Qualifications
HS diploma or GED required 2+ years of maintenance or technical experience in manufacturing preferred Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical/mechanical) Ability to read technical documents and schematics Team player with strong communication skills Benefits
