Onsite in North Bethesda, MD Certifications Required: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist AWS Solution Architect Professional Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a related field 5 or more years of experience Duties: Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems. Perform system backups and recovery. Maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity. Recommend and help define policies and protocols that lead to efficient operations and improve the integrity of the systems. Develop and maintain technical documents, including internal policies, procedures and build instructions. May be expected to develop and maintain scripts to automate work and perform it more efficiently.
