Vaco Indianapolis is seeking a Financial Services Talent Coordinator with a recruiting background, strong people skills, and an analytical mindset to join our client's growing team. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer and offers the opportunity to help build and shape a program from the ground up.
This is a hybrid position offering 2 days remote, 3 days in the office. Office is located on the Northside of Indianapolis
Salary: $55,000-$65,000 Responsibilities: Meet with hiring managers to understand role definition, job description creation, and compensation design Partner with leadership to recruit, onboard, and develop talent Source candidates through internal referrals, job postings, external sites (LinkedIn, Indeed). Conduct initial interviews with candidates Conduct 30-60-90 check-ins with new hires. Coordinate training programs, learning opportunities, and professional development for teams Qualifications: 3+ years recruiting experience (full-cycle) Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset; ability to interpret growth reports and advise on talent strategy. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Adaptability, maturity, and professionalism when working with senior financial advisors. Previous experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred but not required This role is ideal for someone who loves recruiting but also wants to step into a strategic, consultative position with long-term growth opportunities.
