Manage
full-cycle recruitment
for financial services roles including operations, compliance, client service, and advisor support. Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and competitor outreach. Partner with hiring managers and leadership to align recruiting strategies with business needs. Screen, interview, and manage candidate pipelines to ensure timely and high-quality hires. Contribute to developing and refining recruiting workflows for a new facility. Qualifications
3+ years of recruitment experience (financial services or broker-dealer industry strongly preferred). Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from intake through onboarding.
