A local manufacturing company is looking to hire a Continuous Improvement Engineer to support and improve operations across their service department. This role blends hands-on technical work with process optimization and customer engagement and is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Engineer who wants to apply their skills to a collaborative and innovative team!

Responsibilities include:

Provide technical support for commissioning, diagnostics, and maintenance of power systems.

Lead service projects and drive continuous improvement using lean principles.

Collaborate with teams to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Conduct training and assist in technical scope development for proposals.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience with utility equipment and/or electrical systems

Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills and a collaborative team spirit.

Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering

Relevant industry experience (utilities, power systems, electrical control systems, transformers & switchgears, etc.)

Pay Details:

$85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
