: $30/hr. Overview: Our client is entering the next phase of a key implementation project and is seeking a
Junior Buyer
with strong administrative skills and a tech-savvy mindset. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and vendors, and is ready to support purchasing operations with precision and initiative. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update purchasing data in internal systems. Confirm lead times and delivery schedules with vendors. Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Assist with master data clean-up to support implementation goals. Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager and cross-functional teams to resolve purchasing issues. Support readiness for the next phase of implementation, focusing on data accuracy and process efficiency. Qualifications:
Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain support preferred. Strong technical aptitude; comfortable working with ERP systems and spreadsheets. Excellent communication skills for vendor interactions. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Timeline: The implementation is expected to begin around
November 1st , with approximately
six weeks
to complete the bulk of the data clean-up and transition tasks. While not all tasks must be finalized by then, this role will be instrumental in ensuring the team is prepared for the next phase.
Pay Details:
$28.00 to $30.00 per hour
