Position Summary:
The Senior Dental Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, source, and hire top dental professionals (associate dentists, hygienists, and dental office managers) across the organization. This role develops recruitment strategies, builds strong candidate pipelines, and partners with hiring managers to ensure timely staffing while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle for clinical and managerial positions, from job posting to on boarding.
Partner with hiring managers and our Chief Operations Officer to understand staffing needs and develop position-specific recruitment strategies.
Source candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, networking, referrals, and dental industry associations.
Conduct screening calls, interviews, and reference checks to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Maintain strong candidate relationships to build talent pipelines for current and future roles.
Provide guidance to junior recruiters and assist in training or mentoring as needed.
Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company hiring policies.
Represent the company at job fairs, dental school events, and professional networking functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of successfully filling specialized or hard-to-fill roles.
Bonus/ Incentive Pay Structure:
To encourage high performance and successful hires, bonus pay may be structured as follows
Per Hire Bonus
Dentists: $1,500 per successful placement (paid after 90 days of employment).
Hygienists: $750 per successful placement (paid after 90 days of employment).
Quarterly Performance Bonus
Based on meeting or exceeding hiring targets set per quarter.
Location and Schedule:
This is an in-person position located at our Practice Support Center in Phoenix, AZ.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Friday: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.
