Content Review Manager

The Content Review Manager is a strategic and executional leader responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness of commercial content across Haleon's US business. You will lead the review and approval of promotional copy and claims for Haleon's US brands. You'll drive the end-to-end content review process, facilitate strategic discussions on claims and campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely approvals, and use KPI tracking to improve speed and compliance with regulatory standards and business objectives. This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Manage the content approval process for all assigned brands, ensuring speed and agility within the approval process. Facilitate Initial Review (IR) meetings, screen agenda requests, generate agendas, track action items, and manage claims approval processes. Lead cross-functional collaboration, embedding into decision-making between brand teams and reviewers to increase speed of approval and team effectiveness. Track and monitor KPI reporting, using data to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and process improvement. Meet quarterly with category leads and brand directors to understand strategic priorities and align content review processes. Hold team members accountable to the overall content process, SOPs, and work instructions, fostering "straight talk" and constructive discussions. Serve as a system and process expert, providing content review consultation within the business unit and with global partners. Train stakeholders on systems and business processes, supporting learning and capability development. Conduct periodic audits of process performance, coordinating remediation efforts to minimize risk and ensure compliance. Provide content review expertise and solutions to emerging US strategic pillars, such as Rx-to-OTC switch and sustainability initiatives. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience in the CPG or pharmaceutical industry, with an understanding of business processes and standards. Experience working with claims (OTC or CPG industry). Project management skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent meeting facilitation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills. Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, decision making, time management, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in business management Familiarity with digital content management systems and workflow automation tools. The salary range for this role is: $101,692 - 127,115 + bonus.
