They cultivate strong team relationships and contribute to shop excellence in sales and operations. On the shop floor, they strive to surpass daily sales goals while creating a fun and inclusive team environment. For our Seasonal Ambassadors, it’s about making a positive impact on the world, one bar at a time. Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Experience:
Drive sales by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results and seeking feedback to exceed goals. Take ownership of your results and actively work to grow the store’s overall sales. Customer Experience:
Consistently deliver a world-class experience. Connect with customers, identify their needs by listening and asking open-ended questions, demonstrate product benefits, and seek opportunities to make customers’ day. Building the Brand:
Educate customers on brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging). Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement to drive traffic and inspire others to join in making a positive impact. Product Passion:
Continuously expand product knowledge through ongoing learning to confidently recommend products. Team Involvement
Development:
Use Lush resources to develop effective sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and increase sales. Seek feedback and opportunities to improve. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB):
Encourage open communication, listen to team members’ perspectives, foster belonging, promote teamwork, and value each contributor. Operational Excellence
Time and Attendance:
Be punctual, reliable, and present. Participate in teamwork, take breaks when needed, and stay informed about company news. Visuals and Merchandising:
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer experience. Stock and Inventory:
Use Visual Merchandising guidelines to adjust displays based on sales. Policies and Procedures:
Follow opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety standards. Qualifications
