As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage the daily operations of the store as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and have a passion for driving strong sales results. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Your Responsibilities

You have a passion for driving sales: As a key LOD (Leader on Duty), you drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience. You support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results. People leadership: Motivate and inspire the team through AEO\'s core values. Be a role-model leader and hold associates accountable to AEO\'s service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room. Talent and training: Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs. Train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and represent a Guest First culture. Teamwork: Challenge Sales and Stock Associates with clear, attainable goals and provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching. Motivate associates and drive engagement by celebrating outstanding performance. Visual & operational execution: Lead daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards. Ensure the fitting rooms are guest-ready and comply with AEO Brand Standards. Integrity and safety: Maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection standards, follow AEO policies and do the right thing always. You\'d Be Great For This Role If

Starting pay is determined by factors including relevant experience and location.
