As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage the daily operations of the store as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and have a passion for driving strong sales results. You have a passion for driving sales: As a key LOD (Leader on Duty), you drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience. You support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results. People leadership: Motivate and inspire the team through AEO\'s core values. Be a role-model leader and hold associates accountable to AEO\'s service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room. Talent and training: Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs. Train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and represent a Guest First culture. Teamwork: Challenge Sales and Stock Associates with clear, attainable goals and provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching. Motivate associates and drive engagement by celebrating outstanding performance. Visual & operational execution: Lead daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards. Ensure the fitting rooms are guest-ready and comply with AEO Brand Standards. Integrity and safety: Maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection standards, follow AEO policies and do the right thing always. You\'d Be Great For This Role If
