We are looking for a dedicated and innovating

Business Intelligence Developer

to join our team. This position reports to the Director Business Intelligence and Data Services and is responsible for both maintaining current data solutions and developing new ones to meet evolving business needs. Provide support along the entire SDLC from technical requirements to development to production maintenance Engineer optimized data structures for analytics purposes Design and develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes Document design specifications and test plans to ensure accuracy of delivered data solutions Comprehend data and relationships in traditional OLTP (Online Transaction Processing) systems and OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) Monitor and manage new and existing integration elements to ensure continued customer satisfaction About You

Bachelor's degree in information technology, business intelligence, computer science or a related field 5 years progressive experience in healthcare IT, analytics, software development or data management Programming skills in SQL or Python Experience with Cloud Technologies such as Azure, AWS, etc. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server DB Modelling and development and Microsoft SQL Server Integration service (SSIS) Knowledge Business Intelligence Reporting Technologies such as Micro Strategy, Tableau, SSRS, Power BI, etc. Good oral and written communication skills Self-motivated and able to adapt to new technology and processes quickly A mindset focused on continuous learning and improvement. Proven ability to drive delivery efficiency. Experience in contributing to project monitoring and ensuring knowledge continuity. We Offer
