Summary
The Total Rewards Senior Specialist is a detail-oriented and analytical professional who will support our clients HR team. This role will focus on compensation analysis, benefits, reporting, and vendor management, with regard to compensation and HRIS. Must be able to work across HR functions and manage up to senior management. Primary Responsibilities
Compensation Analysis & Administration Support the annual compensation review process, salary survey and the job evaluation processes Manage global benefit programs, partner with global office managers and brokers to manage communications of benefits offerings to newly hired staff and serve as a resource to existing staff Reporting Develop and maintain compensation, benefit, and management reports using Workday and other reporting tools including analytics on compensation trends, turnover, and workforce demographics Act as the primary point of contact for compensation, benefits, and global mobility-related vendors Workday System Support Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Reporting modules Experience Required
3-5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, market pricing, and job evaluation methodologies Compensation analysis and reporting experience within professional services environment Proven track record of using strong analytical skills to produce high-quality reports Technical Requirements
Knowledge of compensation survey tools, market-based pay structures, and survey methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson) High-level numerical and analytical skills in Excel Firm is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. #LI-Hybrid Seniority level
