American Eagle Outfitters Inc. YOUR ROLE As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train and motivate associates, and drive strong sales results. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Your Responsibilities You have a passion for driving sales: as a key LOD (Leader on Duty), you maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience, supporting the Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results. People leadership: motivate and inspire the team through AEO\'s core values. Model leadership and hold associates accountable to AEO\'s service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room. Talent and training: recruit and hire strong talent to ensure adequate staffing; train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and a Guest First culture. Teamwork: set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates; provide ongoing real-time coaching, motivate and celebrate outstanding performance. Visual & operational innovation: execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards; ensure Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and meet AEO Brand Standards. Integrity and safety: maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection policies, follow all company policies and do the right thing.
