KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist, IAM, SailPoint to join our Managed Services practice. Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve Identity and Access Management (IAM) incidents for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Manage proactively the incident lifecycle, including identifying, categorizing, prioritizing, and resolving incidents Create and maintain client knowledge articles, Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs), and scripts to restore normal operations Monitor IAM operations and escalate incidents to level three support as necessary according to established protocols Maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring efficient incident management service and addressing their IAM-related needs Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications
Minimum three years of recent experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with minimum one year of recent experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Fulfillment, and the IAM domain within an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) managed services context Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Information Technology or a related field is required; Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or other related cybersecurity certification is preferred; ITIL certification with a focus on Incident Management is preferred Clear understanding of IAM processes, controls, and systems, notably SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues within prescribed timelines, maintaining service levels and restoring normal operations; familiarity with Okta, Ping Identity, Hitachi Password Manager, Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft AD, and CyberArk is advantageous Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for this role, while proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Must be able to work night and weekend shifts Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
