AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business-minded Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team.
Agency Ownership Opportunity This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven businesspeople interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance and AAA memberships along with other products to a well-defined and loyal client base.
What you’ll offer You’ll offer programs for autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles. AAA Members value access to trusted roadside assistance and exclusive savings across dining, shopping, hotels, rental cars, travel events and auto care.
Property and casualty products: Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles and Commercial Lines (varies by state).
Life products: Term, Universal Life, Whole Life and Annuities.
Brokered products available from multiple national and regional carriers to meet diverse member needs.
Compensation and benefits
100% incentive-based compensation with earnings tied to new business and renewals, plus bonus programs.
Competitive new-business and renewal commissions with additional growth opportunities.

Onboarding and development

Resources to help you recruit licensed staff, manage financials and cash flow, develop and modify a business plan, and access a network of experienced EAs and business experts.
Qualifications
Self-motivated, results-driven individuals with business experience or industry-relevant background.
Capital to invest in launching and sustaining the agency.
Licenses in Property & Casualty (resident and non-resident) and life products as applicable by state.
