Summary We are hiring a highly motivated Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our enterprise sales team, specifically hunting new logo business. You will begin relationships with prospects in our target market of P&C carriers and Insurtechs, helping to initiate engagements that lead to new customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is green in their career and wants to learn and grow with a highly-motivated team. We seek a candidate who is persistent and enjoys networking. must be located
in the
US , with a geographical preference for the Central or Eastern time zones. Note: This role offers a market-rate base salary (paid semi-monthly) plus an uncapped variable commission (paid monthly). What You'll Do Partner with multiple Enterprise AEs and work together to prospect into their top target accounts Proactively generate new logo qualified leads by cold-calling and cold-emailing targeted prospects using Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo Set meetings between prospective clients and the aligned Enterprise AE Understand our buyer personas, the needs and pains of our target market, and suggest next steps based on your findings Write and adapt email scripts and outreach cadences in Salesloft Update and maintain detailed insights in Salesforce Brainstorm with sales and marketing on the best ways to execute new strategies to attract our target market Stay up to date on trends and news from the industry, competitors, and target market Network, attend meetings, industry conferences, and other activities to generate and close leads Up to 10% of domestic overnight travel is required What You'll Bring Bachelors Degree in business or a related field 2+ years of experience as a top-performing BDR/SDR at a B2B SaaS company 2+ years of experience with Salesforce 2+ years of experience with Salesloft, Outreach.io or similar 2+ years of experience prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator Experience working with ZoomInfo and/or Apollo.io Excellent verbal and written communications skills Experience working at a scaling startup Working knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) space Life at BriteCore We take pride in our dynamic, diverse team, unified by shared values of community, integrity, grit and impact.
