This full-time position is based in NYC with a hybrid model requiring three days per week in our HQ at 60 Madison Ave. Role and Responsibilities

This senior leader will oversee the Growth Marketing function, including the Member Engagement Strategy team and our channel strategies. You will define the strategy, structure, and operating model to maximize reach and impact for members and customers. What Youll Do Leadership & Strategy: Lead and scale the Member Engagement Strategy and Channel Marketing teams, setting vision, priorities, and goals. Operate the growth engine: Define the operating model for driving member growth and establish a culture of experimentation, rigor, and accountability. Cross-functional alignment: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and BI to align on member engagement and revenue goals. Performance: Drive performance against Springs core growth KPIs. Member Engagement Strategy (Vertical Marketing) Build and execute vertical-specific engagement strategies aligned with customer priorities. Focus on opportunities that drive enrollment, activation, and retention across our book and customers with dedicated marketing support. Act as strategic marketing partner to senior Sales and Customer Success leaders. Channel Marketing Own channel strategy across lifecycle marketing, print, mail, paid media, and events. Optimize channels for scale, reliability, and measurable ROI. Drive innovation by testing new formats, tools, and workflows to expand reach and impact. What Success Looks Like

Quarterly member acquisition and revenue targets are met or exceeded. Funnel conversion improves from enrollment through retention. The Member Growth team functions as a high-performing, metrics-driven engagement engine. A strong operating rhythm exists between Member Growth, Product, Sales, and CSproducing durable, scalable revenue outcomes. What Youll Bring

10+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 5 years leading multi-disciplinary growth or engagement teams. Ability to set vision and drive execution in complex, cross-functional environments. Lifecycle and channel expertise in email, SMS, paid media, events, and experimentation frameworks. Experience partnering with large, complex customers to drive adoption, retention, and revenue expansion. Data-driven decision-making with funnel analytics, growth KPIs, and familiarity with marketing tech platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, paid media). Proven leadership in developing high-performing teams and scaling organizations. Healthcare/tech background a plus but not required; experience in regulated industries is valued. Passion for mental health and commitment to Spring Healths mission. Compensation & Benefits

The target base salary range for this position is $199,090 - $248,860 and includes stock options and a competitive total rewards package. Individual pay may vary based on experience, location, internal equity, and other factors. We review pay annually using Radford Global Compensation Database to ensure competitive and fair pay.
