Production Supervisor-Full time

Are you an experienced and skilled leader with a deep understanding of manufacturing? Were looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team. In this key role, youll be a hands-on manager, overseeing daily production with a focus on welding, mechanical assembly, and warehousing. Youll be responsible for training and mentoring your team, so strong leadership and communication skills are essential. This is a dynamic, active position in a manufacturing facility, perfect for someone who takes pride in a job well done. Youll work a consistent four-day schedule from Monday to Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with optional overtime based on customer demand. Production Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the production floor, focusing on welding, mechanical assembly, and warehousing.

Supervise employees, ensuring production goals are met efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Provide comprehensive training, coaching, and mentorship to your team.

Enforce all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Use your analytical skills to improve processes and maintain product quality.

Production Supervisor Qualifications and Requirements

Extensive knowledge and understanding of welding, mechanical assembly, and warehousing are required.

Proven ability to effectively manage and supervise employees.

Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred experience includes Machine Shop/Press and at least 2 years of welding and fabrication.

Must be able to meet the physical demands of an active manufacturing environment.
