Full-Time Live-Out Nanny - Belle Meade, FL Compensation: $35-$40 per hour (W-2) + monthly health stipend Schedule: Tentatively 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday-Friday, with flexibility for evenings, overnights, and occasional weekends.
A warm and welcoming family is seeking an experienced and dedicated full-time live-out Nanny to join their household. The family has two children: an 11-year-old daughter and a 10-year-old son. They are looking for someone who will become an extension of their family, aligned with their parenting values, and engaged in their children's growth and well-being.
Responsibilities Provide attentive and nurturing care for two school-aged children.
Support children's needs, including driving to and from therapies and academic support in Key Biscayne, Miami Shores, and Coral Way.
Manage daily schedules, school pickups/drop-offs, and transportation to extracurricular activities.
Supervise homework and provide educational support.
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.
Travel domestically and internationally with the family (up to 2 weeks at a time).
Assist with light household tasks.
Occasionally help with the family dog, such as light care or trips to the groomer.
Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of professional childcare experience in private homes.
Experience supporting children with special needs.
Bachelor's degree.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; confident, safe driver.
Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends (with notice), and provide overnight coverage if needed.
Strong swimmer.
Comfortable with pets and able to assist with light pet care.
Benefits Hourly pay: $35-$40 (W-2)
