Full-Time Nanny Needed for Fun & Adventurous Family in Miami Beach A vibrant, active, and adventurous family based in Miami Beach, FL is seeking a warm, experienced, and engaging full-time Nanny to join their household. This is an incredible opportunity to work with a young, loving family who truly values their nanny as part of the team. Position Details: -Schedule: Open to two different formats: •Rotational schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off or 1 week on / 1 week off •OR a more traditional schedule: Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday (Live-in). -Compensation: $100,000-$125,000 per year, depending on experience -Location: Must be local to Miami -Start Date: Flexible for the right candidate What They're Looking For: -A career nanny with 5-8+ years of professional experience -Must be a team player and able to work closely with other staff members -A track record of longevity in previous roles (no job hoppers) -Verifiable references required before introduction to the family -Fluent in English with excellent communication skills -Fun, easy-going, adventurous, and comfortable with a fully staffed home -Must respect parental lead and work in partnership with the parents -Able to swim, drive, and travel (domestically & internationally) -Must be warm, nurturing, active, and truly enjoy being part of a young family's journey -Looking for long-term commitment and professional growth with the family If you're a proactive, loving, and highly skilled nanny who thrives in an energetic environment and loves working with children in an engaging way, we'd love to hear from you!
