Temporary Learning & Culture Support (6-month project)

Location:

Irvine, CA

Hours:

Mon to Fri (8am-5pm) 100%ON SITE

Level:

Mid-level

Hourly Rate:

$45/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Support design, coordination, and delivery of learning and development programs (onboarding, compliance, leadership, and e-learning). Manage logistics and vendor coordination for training initiatives; assist with LMS administration and troubleshooting. Contribute to employee culture and engagement efforts, including surveys, data analysis, recognition programs, and company culture events. Draft, edit, and publish employee communications for learning, engagement, and change initiatives. Assist with change management projects, including planning, communications, and program support for workplace transformation. Track and report effectiveness of programs and provide recommendations for improvement. Administer budgets and monitor spend for assigned programs. Collaborate across HR, business units, and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Qualifications & Background:

5-7 years of experience in

Learning & Development, HR, Organizational Development, or Internal Communications . Strong background in

program/project management

and ability to balance multiple initiatives. Experience with

LMS platforms

(administration or support level) and comfort with digital learning tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create clear and engaging content. Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing survey or program results. Experience coordinating with

vendors

and managing external partnerships. Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Education, or related field preferred. Professional, proactive, and collaborative - able to operate independently but also as part of a fast-paced team. Assignment Details:
