Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a distinguished law firm seeking an experienced Legal Office Administrator to manage the administrative operations of its Irvine and Sacramento offices. This role requires minimal supervision, reporting directly to firm leadership, and involves regular collaboration with corporate departments. The position is based in

monthly travel to Northern. Cal . Responsibilities
The Legal Office Administrator will oversee and manage multiple aspects of office operations, including leadership, supervision, recruiting, financial management, HR, facilities, IT, and marketing. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leadership & Supervision
Provide leadership and direction to office staff. Serve as the primary liaison between shareholders, attorneys, and administrative staff. Supervise paralegals, legal secretaries, and support staff; oversee hiring, training, performance management, and mentoring. Ensure client service standards are consistently met and firm policies are fairly applied. Attorney Support & Recruiting
Manage attorney onboarding, CLE compliance, and file transfer processes. Participate in lateral attorney recruiting and client intake procedures. Financial Management
Develop and manage local office budgets and business plans. Review financial reports, approve invoices/expenses, and oversee collections. Monitor staffing levels, expense recovery, and prebill processes. Human Resources & Facilities
Oversee local HR functions, including recruiting, training, performance reviews, policy implementation, and staff relations. Ensure compliance with HR policies, benefits administration, and leave management. Manage facilities operations, vendor relationships, lease administration, build-outs, relocations, and safety/security programs. Marketing & Business Development
Support attorneys in local business development and client events. Coordinate with corporate marketing on proposals, seminars, and promotional activities. Technology & Information Management
Partner with IT to ensure smooth operation of systems, user training, and rollouts. Oversee records management, docketing, and litigation support functions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (20+ years in a similar role). Minimum
5+ years of office management experience in a law firm or professional services organization , with direct supervision of staff. Strong knowledge of law firm operations, human resources, facilities management, and financial oversight. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Work Hours
Monday through Friday, full-time position. Benefits

Salary Range:
$160,000 - $190,000 annually, contingent on relevant experience and education. Includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
