Provide dedicated support to customers with implementation and ongoing operational support of the CrowdStrike platform Collaborate closely with customer security and IT teams for effective deployment Utilize software deployment technologies and APIs to install and configure CrowdStrike technology Guide customers in incident management functions during onsite/remote engagements Maintain awareness of upcoming CrowdStrike technologies to assist with customer adoption What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent military or work experience 5+ years of experience with endpoint security applications 3+ years of client-facing consulting experience Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to travel to engage with clients, up to 20% of the time How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
