Overview
Robinson+Cole, a Vault “Top Ranked” Am Law 200 firm, seeks an associate with four to six years of experience to join the Real Estate + Development practice group based in Stamford or Hartford, CT. Robinson+Cole’s Real Estate + Development practice group regularly represents buyers, sellers, lenders, owners, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions for all classes of real estate assets. Responsibilities
Qualified candidates must have experience representing clients in commercial real estate transactional matters including the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, commercial leasing, financing transactions, joint ventures, and redevelopment projects. In addition to the ability to review and analyze complex real estate agreements, candidates should work well as part of a team and enjoy a fast-paced work environment. Qualifications
