4x10 hours, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (must be flexible to work between 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Schedule:
Weekends as needed; call required with 30-minute response time Job Description: The Cath Lab RN will provide nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, and advanced cardiovascular procedures. Responsibilities include patient prep, intra-procedure support, recovery, and emergency response. Nurses must be flexible to stay until the last patient is cared for and comfortable with floating as needed. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab or related experience Active RN license Certifications: ACLS, BLS Epic experience required Must participate in call rotation with 30-minute response time RTO: Maximum 7 days Unit Information: Invasive Cardiology department with:
4 dedicated Cath Labs 3 dedicated EP labs 2 shared Cath/EP labs 33 prep/recovery bays
Performs 6,000+ procedures annually including complex coronary, TAVR, VAD/ECMO, ablations, device implants/explants, and advanced structural heart interventions May provide care for COVID patients.
