full-stack development role
focuses on enhancing claims, benefits, and member portal systems. The ideal candidate is skilled in
C#, SSIS, T-SQL , and ideally has
Python and cloud (AWS)
exposure. This is a hands-on technical role involving
application development, integration, and mentoring , working with internal teams and third-party vendors to support the organization’s digital transformation. Key Responsibilities
Lead technical analysis, development, unit testing, and support of software applications Collaborate with IT and business teams to clarify requirements and design solutions Own delivery of end-to-end functionality across front-end and back-end systems Manage integration testing and quality assurance coordination Act as functional/technical lead for large or complex projects Mentor team members and contribute to technology strategy Resolve complex inter-team issues and escalate as needed Work with stakeholders to align technical strategies and deliverables Participate in risk planning, mitigation, and technical standards adherence Support third-party system integration and troubleshooting Provide leadership in adopting best practices and industry standards Required Experience
Full-stack development with
C#, SSIS, and T-SQL Experience supporting
claims, benefits, or member portals Systems integration and enterprise application delivery End-to-end project leadership in a technical capacity Nice-to-Have Experience
Python
scripting and automation AWS cloud services (especially
Lambda, S3, API Gateway, SNS ) Experience in
