This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in San Diego, CA, with some work from home acceptable. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This includes providing excellent customer service, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and staying current with real estate market trends. The agent will also be expected to market properties effectively, both online and offline, to attract potential buyers and sellers. Responsibilities

Must possess a valid Real Estate License Strong understanding of real estate and property markets Excellent sales and customer service skills Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid work environment Strong communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with San Diego's diverse neighborhoods is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Job Details
