We are seeking an ambitious, driven, and detail-oriented Amazon Channel Head to lead and scale our Amazon operations across Seller Central and Vendor Central. This role carries full P&L responsibility for the Amazon channel, with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence. You will oversee Brand Managers and cross-functional teams-including advertising, marketing, catalog content, replenishment, design, logistics, and account health-ensuring consistent execution at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Growth
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Amazon strategy to achieve revenue, margin, and growth objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for product launches, promotions, and category expansion.
P&L Ownership
  • Manage all financial aspects of the Amazon channel, including forecasting, budgeting, margin optimization, and profitability.
  • Monitor performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.
Team Leadership
  • Lead a team of Brand Managers and oversee advertising, marketing, catalog, replenishment, design, and logistics teams.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and conduct performance reviews to drive team growth and accountability.
Advertising, Marketing & Content Optimization
  • Oversee ad campaigns (PPC, DSP, Sponsored Ads) and Amazon-specific programs (Vine, Deals, Lightning).
  • Ensure optimized product listings (SEO, images, A+ content) for conversions and compliance.
  • Partner with design teams to strengthen brand presence through visuals and storytelling.
Inventory & Logistics Management
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels, balancing demand and overstock risks.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely FBA/Vendor shipments and smooth backend operations.
Catalog & Data Management
  • Manage catalog accuracy, product introductions, variations, and compliance.
  • Ensure product data is optimized for visibility, search rankings, and conversion.
Account Health & Compliance
  • Monitor and maintain account health, including performance metrics, policy compliance, customer feedback, and returns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Amazon representatives, including account managers and support teams.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Build and monitor dashboards for KPIs including sales, ROI, inventory turns, and margins.
  • Leverage insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with product development, finance, supply chain, customer service, and legal to align Amazon initiatives with company objectives.
Continuous Improvement
  • Stay up to date on Amazon platform changes, policies, and industry best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation, technology adoption, or external partnerships.
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of direct experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
  • Proven track record of driving Amazon growth with expertise in advertising, listing optimization, inventory management, and compliance.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with P&L management experience.
  • Experienced in managing multi-functional teams.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in consumer goods (CPG) or related industries.
  • Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Amazon Brand Analytics, and forecasting tools.
  • Knowledge of Amazon's logistics ecosystem and supply chain management.
