Experience:
2+ years of experience in labor and employment law, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, or related employment matters
Skills:
Strong litigation and advisory skills; experience drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and representing clients in hearings, mediations, or arbitrations
Licensed:
Active member of the Bar and in good standing
Mindset:
Detail-oriented, client-focused, and proactive in providing both litigation and preventive counseling to employers and employees
