Identify and Drive Opportunities: Proactively explore opportunities to enhance our platform using AI-driven copilot technology, focusing on improving customer support, troubleshooting, and overall experience. Customer-Centric Approach: Champion the voice of the customer by understanding their needs, pain points, and challenges, ensuring that all copilot enhancements are designed to significantly improve customer satisfaction. Cloud Expertise: Leverage a deep understanding of cloud products and services to identify and prioritize the integration of copilot technology across our platform. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and support teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of copilot features, driving measurable improvements. Product Roadmap: Develop, manage, and own the product roadmap for copilot-driven features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze usage data, customer feedback, and troubleshooting patterns to continually iterate and improve the copilot experience. Support and Troubleshooting Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of support and troubleshooting workflows to ensure that copilot solutions are intuitive and effective in resolving customer issues. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, roadmaps, and customer insights to internal stakeholders and leadership. Qualifications
3+ years of product management experience, preferably within cloud technology or SaaS environments. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, services, and technologies. Experience with AI-powered platforms, chatbots, or copilot-like tools is a plus. Passion for understanding and improving the customer journey, with a focus on support and troubleshooting experiences. Ability to use data to inform product decisions and measure success. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in the context of troubleshooting complex customer issues.
