Lead and manage lease administration team operations Oversee lease abstraction and maintain data integrity Develop and implement lease compliance strategies Manage tenant improvement allowance collection and CAM audits Coordinate lease renewals and dispositions Partner with accounting/finance teams on rent payments Prepare management reports and maintain documentation Drive process improvements and implement best practices Manage corporate insurance policy for sites Serve as main point of contact for lease-related inquiries Your Day Might Include

Leading team meetings on lease abstraction projects Reviewing and verifying lease data accuracy Coordinating with legal and finance teams on lease issues Analyzing financial implications of lease agreements Managing rent reconciliations and payment processes Updating lease-related trackers and running reports Responding to stakeholder inquiries Implementing process improvements Monitoring compliance and critical dates Basic Qualifications

5+ years experience in lease administration management Strong background managing retail portfolios, rent reconciliations, and CAM audits Proficiency in Lease Abstract Databases (e.g., Tango) Experience with Monday.com Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Preferred Qualifications
