In this role, you will address a wide range of mental health conditions that reflect the diverse needs of our patients. You will be responsible for delivering effective behavioral and mental health treatments, which include individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong provider-patient alliances and collaborate with external healthcare providers.
Conduct thorough outpatient psychiatric evaluations and offer ongoing medication management.
Contribute to the education of graduate students through training and mentorship.
Screen and assess patients for prevalent mental health and substance abuse disorders.
Utilize a variety of treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, to provide effective care.
Systematically monitor treatment responses and observe patients for any changes in clinical symptoms or treatment side effects.
Participate in community outreach through presentations and educational lectures.
Maintain accurate and current electronic medical records using Athena and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
Valid and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC) in your state of practice.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of professional social work or clinical experience after earning your Master's degree.
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
Proficiency in computer use for professional communication and medical documentation, including software such as Excel, Outlook, and EHR systems like Athena RMS.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with ease.

Pay is determined by factors including local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications. We offer extensive benefits and incentives that vary by eligibility requirements.
