At Prologis, we build intelligent infrastructure that powers global commerce, connecting digital and physical worlds across a large portfolio and ecosystem. This role partners with the Finance business and IT teams to design and deliver technology and data initiatives across the finance technology stack, including enterprise performance management, planning/modeling platforms, ERPs, financial close and consolidation tools, treasury management, tax and compliance tools, and more. The Finance Capability Director works with the Finance Product Owner to align business goals with technology solutions, owning platform, architecture, and delivery decisions (data, security, integrations, and implementation). Key Responsibilities

Co-lead discovery and planning workshops with the Finance Product Owner and stakeholders across finance functions (accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, risk, audit, investor relations, capital markets). Challenge assumptions and advocate for scalable, sustainable technology approaches; translate complex financial workflows into scalable, integrated solutions across ERP, forecasting and modeling tools, data platforms, the data lake, and analytics systems. Document current and future processes, system requirements, data flows, and internal controls with Finance SMEs; oversee creation of comprehensive system and data documentation aligned to business needs. Own end-to-end delivery of Finance technology initiatives, partnering with other IT teams and leading a team of external vendors through discovery, configuration/development, testing, and implementation. Support the Finance Product Owner and stakeholders to ensure the technology roadmap translates business strategy into an executable plan; maintain alignment with business needs and objectives. Demonstrate finance domain fluency and strong stakeholder relationships to deliver scalable, technology-enabled solutions that meet business goals. Required Qualifications

8–15 years of experience in finance technology transformation roles, corporate finance systems strategy, or consulting. Experience across the finance technology ecosystem; understanding of finance system functions and interconnections. Proven experience leading discovery and implementation of financial systems within transformation programs. Strong finance business acumen (FP&A, accounting, treasury, risk, audit, capital markets). Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels with documentation and solution design skills. Excellent stakeholder management; comfortable engaging senior finance and technology leaders and leading execution teams. Advanced communication and presentation skills; ability to lead workshops, create artifacts, and provide executive-level reporting. Ability to balance functional detail with big-picture vision and influence IT and Finance leadership. Strong documentation discipline and repeatable methods to support sustainable platform operation; effective collaboration across Finance, IT, vendors, and external partners. Experience in a product owner and design-authority model with clear separation of product ownership (Finance) and technical ownership (IT). Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA, CPA, or PMP a plus. Experience in real estate or logistics finance environments. Experience with tools such as PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, OneStream, Pigment, CashForce, FIS, Snowflake, Dataiku, Tableau, Sigma Reporting, JIRA/Atlassian. Exposure to multi-system integration across global finance shared services. Experience building Centers of Excellence or capability frameworks in finance transformations. Exposure to AI or GenAI initiatives in finance use cases or data automation. Experience with financial reporting and analytics, data governance, data lineage, and master data frameworks.
