Prologis Responsibilities
Co-lead discovery and planning workshops with the Finance Product Owner and finance stakeholders across accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, risk, audit, investor relations, and capital markets. Challenge assumptions and promote scalable, sustainable technology approaches for finance processes. Document current and future processes, system requirements, data flows, and internal controls with Finance SMEs. Oversee creation of comprehensive system and data documentation aligned to business needs. Translate complex financial workflows into scalable solutions that integrate ERP, forecasting/modeling tools, data management platforms, the data lake, and analytics systems. Own end-to-end IT delivery of Finance technology initiatives; partner with internal IT teams and lead external vendors through discovery, configuration, testing, and implementation. Support the Finance Product Owner and finance stakeholders to align the technology roadmap with business goals and execution plans. Build trusted stakeholder relationships using financial systems expertise and strong finance business acumen to deliver scalable, technology-enabled solutions. Requirements / Qualifications
8–15 years of experience in finance technology transformation, corporate finance systems strategy, or related consulting. Experience across the finance technology ecosystem and understanding of inter-system connections. Proven experience leading discovery and implementation of financial systems within transformation programs. Strong business acumen in FP&A, accounting, treasury, risk, audit, and capital markets. Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels with solid documentation and solution design skills. Excellent stakeholder management; able to engage senior finance and technology leaders and an execution team of developers and testers. Advanced communication and presentation skills; proficient in leading workshops and producing artifacts with executive-level reporting. Ability to balance functional detail with big-picture vision; influence IT and Finance leaders. Bias toward documentation, rigor, and repeatable methods for sustainable platform operation. Collaborative across Finance, IT, vendors, and external partners. Experience in a product owner and design-authority model with clear separation of product ownership (Finance) and technical ownership (IT). Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA, CPA, or PMP a plus. Experience in real estate or logistics finance environments. Familiarity with tools such as PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, OneStream, Pigment, CashForce, FIS, Snowflake, Dataiku, Tableau, Sigma Reporting, JIRA/Atlassian. Exposure to multi-system integration across global finance shared services. Experience building Centers of Excellence or capability frameworks in finance transformations. Exposure to AI or GenAI initiatives in finance use cases or data automation. Experience with financial reporting, data governance, data lineage, and master data frameworks. Compensation
Salary range:
$124,000 – $201,000 . Salary and full compensation package (bonus target & LTIP) determined by location, experience, knowledge, skills, and internal equity. People First
